By using Lucid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Lucid is a dream journal application that allows you to record dreams, receive AI-powered dream interpretations, track dream patterns, and practice lucid dreaming techniques. The app is available for iOS devices.

Subscriptions and Payments

Lucid offers both free and premium tiers. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple through the App Store.

• Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase
• Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Dream interpretations provided by Lucid are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on AI interpretations as a substitute for professional mental health guidance. If you are experiencing psychological distress, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

User Content

Dreams and other content you enter into the app are stored locally on your device. When you use the AI interpretation feature, dream text is sent to a third-party AI service for processing. You retain all rights to your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lucid to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Interfere with the app's functionality or security

Intellectual Property

Lucid, including its design, code, glass assets, and brand elements, is the property of its developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Lucid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated interpretations.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
